Understanding Your Emotions Online Course

The benefit of completing this course and outcomes

This course is geared towards supporting young people to understand and regulate their emotions. I recognise what it’s like to feel like your emotions are out of your control however, with these tools you can begin to learn ways to manage your emotions more effectively so they don’t rule your life and you can get back to engaging in whatever it is you’re passionate about and value.

What’s Included

This online course is 11-weeks long, although you can complete each week at your own pace.

Other features include: 

  • A mix of audio and video resources;
  • Connect with the facilitator online, ask clarifying questions and opportunity to continue working with the facilitator post course completion;
  • Exercises and strategies;
  • Research and supporting documentation/resources;
  • Certificate of completion;
  • 2-year access

How do I access the program?

At Mental Clarity Psychology a 90-minute initial assessment session is organised and 50-minute sessions thereafter.

This gives the therapist time to understand your problem as well as, gives you the opportunity to see if the therapist is the right “fit” for you.
